Roles: owner, admin, member

Owners control billing and can delete the workspace. Admins manage rates, team and settings. Members create and send documents.

One rule to remember: only owners and admins touch the rate book and MeloPay.

The rate book rule is the whole security model in one line: members can quote all day, but the prices they quote from and the account money lands in are set by someone accountable for them. Promote and demote under Settings → Team; the change applies at next sign-in.
