E-signatures and what makes them binding

What makes it hold up is not the squiggle, it is the record: who signed, when, from where, and exactly what they saw — sealed so a changed comma is detectable. If a dispute ever reaches a lawyer, you hand over one PDF and the evidence page answers the questions before they are asked.
